Client Support Specialist
Summary
Our Client Support Specialist manages the client relationship with Central Payroll’s Clients. This person will support multi-product clients with technical assistance, training, and general service inquiries. This position includes the ability to manage calendars relating to payroll processing, training, and proactive client activity management.
Responsibilities
- Manage a large shared client group of clients
- Train new clients on our Apex HCM software applications
- Monitor the client system and identify issues as they arise
- Manage the daily payroll process to produce timely payroll for clients
- Find solutions to any client problems with hardware, software, payroll, and tax issues
- Provide proper education to clients to enable self-sufficient system usage
- Maintain proper documentations of client communications
- Proactively manage operational controls, such as survey reviews, tax edits, returns, and quarter and year-end activity
- Maintain a long-term relationship with every client assigned to you
- Provide backup for other specialists as needed
- Meet daily metrics regarding client retention, phone measurements, call quality, and management of escalations of client issues
- Other related tasks as assigned
Requirements
Qualified candidates must possess the following qualities:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience preferred
- One-year prior office experience, preferably in the client services role
- Excellent client services and technical support skills
- Ability to work with different departments
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
- Proficient in Windows based software
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, service oriented position
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
Senior Sales Development Representative
Summary
Central Payroll’s Senior Sales Development Representative will work to source new leads, call on, and sell to new prospects and clients within an assigned territory.
Responsibilities
Qualified candidates will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
- Research accounts to identify point of contact
- Follow up on all leads and inquiries in a timely manner
- Utilize Networking, cold-calling, and email marketing to prospect into multiple organizations
- Manage and Overcome objections
- Develop exceptional prospect relationships
- Communicate with clients through telephone and email
- Schedule appointments
- Achieve and exceed monthly quotas
- Maintain all activity in CRM database
- Become a peer mentor to new team members by offering support training, job shadowing and guidance
- Be the responsible party for any “complex” projects which require advanced analysis and support
- Provide weekly activity reports to the leadership team
- Complete continued educational opportunities, including webinars and research online
Requirements
Qualified candidates must possess the following qualities:
- 1-5+ year(s) experience in sales (preferably business to business)
- Have experience with opportunity qualification and objection handling
- Be a team player within a high energy environment
- Maintain a high level of integrity
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient with all forms of technology, including email, voicemail, and Microsoft Office
- Bachelors Degree, preferably in finance, marketing, or business
